Please note that we do not ship to Malta, Cyprus, or non-mainland islands of EU member states.

In-stock items usually ship within 2 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 2–9 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Rooder products come with a 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty for the original purchaser.

What’s Covered

• Frame & Motor: 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Battery: 6 months from the date of purchase.

What’s Not Covered

• Accessories, standard wear parts, and consumables.

• Batteries experiencing normal capacity degradation over time.

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, water exposure, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

• Products purchased from authorized third-party retailers (e.g., Walmart, Amazon). Please contact the retailer directly for warranty support.

How to Make a Claim
All warranty claims must be submitted directly to Rooder at rooder@roodergroup.com within the applicable warranty period. Please include your proof of purchase and clear photos or video of the issue. We may be able to help troubleshoot before a claim is needed.

Valid claims will be processed with replacement parts provided free of charge. We require visual evidence before issuing any replacements.

Shipping Damage
If your product arrives damaged, notify us at rooder@roodergroup.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photo/video proof. Claims filed after this period cannot be accepted.

Repairs & Replacements
Rooder provides complimentary replacement parts for eligible warranty repairs. Free accessories are not eligible for replacement or compensation if scratched or damaged during shipping.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions, so this may not apply to you.

Refurbished Products
Refurbished items are sold at a discounted price as-is, with no warranty, after-sales service, or return eligibility. Any required repairs or parts after purchase are the customer’s responsibility. By purchasing a refurbished product, you agree to these terms.
